May 17 and 19 from 10-noon Presented by: Tim Grove, Senior Trauma-Informed Care Trainer, Wellpoint Care Network. This free 2-part virtual training will increase San Luis Obispo County agency leaders' knowledge of what trauma-informed looks like in concept and practice at the individual, agency and community level. The intended audience is non-profit and government leaders, including executive directors/CEOs, HR directors, and department/division managers. The training will focus on what it means to be a trauma-informed agency and how leaders can implement organizational strategies that support clients and staff.
