As part of Month of the Child & Child Abuse Prevention Month, please join our friends at the Center for Family Strengthening and the San Luis Obispo County Department of Social Services in collaboration with the California Office of Child Abuse Prevention at the 1st Annual Children's Memorial Flag Raising Ceremony.
